Challenge
The company had grown from 2 clinics to 11 locations, but its website still looked like a small local practice. Patients regularly called reception to ask which clinic offered a service, which doctors worked where, and how to book. Staff spent hours every week answering questions the website should have resolved.
Solution
We redesigned the website around patient journeys, making services, locations, practitioners, and booking paths easy to navigate while ensuring a consistent experience across all locations.
