Challenge
Every shipment update was being tracked through spreadsheets, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls. Operations managers spent hours chasing drivers for updates, manually updating spreadsheets, and preparing end-of-day reports. Delays were often discovered too late because information was scattered across multiple systems.
Solution
We built a centralized operations platform where dispatchers, drivers, and managers could update shipment statuses in real time. Automated reporting replaced manual spreadsheets, and critical delays were surfaced immediately through alerts.
