Challenge
Project managers were updating clients through emails, WhatsApp messages, PDFs, and phone calls. Every client wanted project updates, but gathering progress information required chasing multiple teams and manually assembling reports. The business wasn't struggling to complete projects. It was struggling to communicate project status efficiently.
Solution
We built a client-facing portal that automatically pulled project updates, milestones, documents, photos, and timelines into a single place. Clients could check progress themselves instead of requesting updates.
